Payment can be made 50% from the selected package to determine the booking date. Furthermore, the full payment should be made one day before the event at the latest
There will be one painter with one assistant.
Of course. We can discuss this in the technical meeting session. But the extra faces are limited according to the package you choose.
According to the package you purchase. If there is a revised request, we need a maximum of 15 days to finish the painting before shipping. You can also get the painting on the wedding day if there is no revision required.
Yes, but there will be an additional shipping cost. We provide international shipping service by the freight forwarder or external shipping agent. The price will be calculated later by a third party.
Yes. We all are fully vaccinated, with certificates provided if needed.
We know that the world is recovering, but the covid disaster is still around us. To keep the safety of all parties, we accept cancellation but without a refund provided.
The transport fee is included. But, we may ask for a meal break, so catering is highly appreciated.
Yes, you can propose only by choosing the Platinum package, and we will discuss a custom quotation. Additional costs might be applied.
